When you generate an effect, the media you select is uploaded to our servers solely to produce the result you requested. 当您生成效果时，您选择的媒体会被上传至我们的服务器，仅用于生成您所请求的结果。

• What is processed — only items you actively select are uploaded, and each upload is used strictly to generate the specific AI effect you requested.
• No biometric profiling — we never build, collect, or store biometric facial templates, raw facial feature vectors, or any persistent facial identifier.
• No secondary use — uploaded media is never used for advertising, user profiling, or AI model pre-training without your explicit consent.
• Immediate deletion — the original image or video is automatically and permanently deleted from our servers as soon as the generation result is returned; no copy is retained.
• Proprietary infrastructure — all AI capabilities run on our own proprietary models on private infrastructure; your content is not forwarded to any third-party AI API or external cloud model.

To operate the app safely, we collect a unique device identifier (UUID), OS version, device model, mobile network information, IP address, access logs, and your interaction history within the app. Klipz does not require an account or sign-in, so this data is tied only to an anonymous device identifier and does not identify you as an individual. 为安全地运行应用，我们会收集唯一设备标识（UUID）、操作系统版本、设备型号、移动网络信息、IP 地址、访问日志以及您在应用内的交互记录。Klipz 不需要账号或登录，因此上述数据仅与一个匿名设备标识相关联，无法识别您的个人身份。

Klipz only requests the iOS permissions it needs to deliver the feature you are using. Klipz 仅在必要时申请提供您所使用功能所需的 iOS 权限。

• Photos — to let you select and edit media for AI generation.
• Camera — to capture content directly inside the app for AI processing.
• Tracking (IDFA) — to personalize your experience; this is enabled only with your explicit consent via the iOS prompt.
• Notifications — to alert you when an AI generation finishes so you don't have to keep the app open.

• Legal Disclosure — we may disclose information if required by valid law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of users.
• International Transfers — when data is transferred across regions, we apply security measures aligned with applicable data-protection standards.

Klipz is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we discover that a child has provided personal data, we will delete it immediately. Parents or guardians who believe a child has used the service may contact us at klipzsuport@163.com. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, to use Klipz. You are solely responsible for the content you submit to Klipz. You confirm that you hold all necessary rights to the content, and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights. 您对提交至 Klipz 的内容承担完全责任。您确认对所提交的内容拥有全部必要权利，且该内容不侵犯任何第三方的知识产权、隐私权或形象权。

AI-generated output may not be unique across different users, may contain inaccuracies, and may not always be appropriate for every context. We make no warranty of accuracy, originality, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI 生成的内容在不同用户之间可能并非独一无二，可能存在错误，亦未必适用于所有场景。我们不对其准确性、独创性或特定用途的适用性作任何保证。

In compliance with current digital content regulations, Klipz may embed digital watermarks or "AI-Generated" metadata in output. You agree not to circumvent, remove, or alter these identifiers, whether visible or invisible. 为遵守现行数字内容法规，Klipz 可能在输出内容中嵌入数字水印或"AI 生成"标识信息。您同意不规避、移除或篡改上述显性或隐性标识。

• Your Input — you retain ownership of the original content you submit, and grant Klipz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process that content solely for the purpose of delivering the service to you.
• Generated Output — rights to AI-generated output are transferred to you upon generation for personal or commercial use, subject to your subscription tier and applicable law.
• App Assets — the Klipz UI, UX, proprietary AI models, filters, templates, and music are owned by the developer and protected by copyright and other laws.

• Apple ID Billing — all subscription purchases are billed through your Apple ID at the price shown at the time of purchase.
• Price Changes — prices may change with prior notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
• Auto-Renewal — subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Refunds — refunds are processed by Apple Support, not by us.
• Compute Credits — credits granted with a subscription may expire at the end of the billing cycle in which they were issued.

You agree not to use Klipz to create, distribute, or attempt the following. 您同意不利用 Klipz 制作、传播或尝试以下行为。

• Deepfake Abuse — non-consensual intimate imagery, sexualized content of real persons, or face-swap content used to harass or defame.
• Illegal Content — child sexual abuse material (CSAM), extreme violence, terrorism, hate speech, or other content prohibited by applicable law.
• Reverse Engineering — extracting, decompiling, or reverse-engineering Klipz's proprietary AI model weights or architecture.
• Deceptive Use — passing AI-generated output off as real human-captured content for fraud, scams, or impersonation.

• 深伪滥用 — 未经同意的私密影像、对真实人物的色情内容，或用于骚扰、诽谤的换脸内容。
• 违法内容 — 儿童性虐待材料（CSAM）、极端暴力、恐怖主义、仇恨言论，或其他适用法律禁止的内容。

Your privacy is governed by the Klipz Privacy Policy. Where supported, generation runs on the device's NPU; otherwise it runs in the cloud using encryption in transit, with the original media deleted upon task completion. 您的隐私由 Klipz 的《隐私政策》规范。在设备支持的情况下，生成会优先在设备 NPU 上完成；否则将在云端运行，传输全程加密，并在任务完成后删除原始媒体。

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klipz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including damages arising from AI "hallucinations" in output or from data loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim. 在适用法律允许的最大范围内，Klipz 对任何间接、附带、特殊或后果性损害不承担责任，包括因 AI 输出"幻觉"或数据丢失而产生的损失。对任何主张，我方的累计责任以您在主张发生前十二个月内向本服务实际支付的金额为上限。

We may modify these terms or change features as AI regulations and technology evolve. Material changes will be notified through the app or via the support email. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You can cancel at any time directly in iOS Settings. 您可随时在 iOS 系统"设置"中直接取消。

2. Tap your name to open your Apple ID.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Find Klipz AI: Short Video Maker in the Active list.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

If a subscription includes a free trial, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a paid subscription.
